What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Perfection Honda?
Full-time Receptionist position, hiring immediately, must be able to work M-F, 9:00am - 6:00pm with an occasional weekend shift.
Job duties to include:
Greet customers professionally
Communicate directly with customers over the phone to provide the best possible level of service and satisfaction
Listen and ask questions to direct customers to the proper department/individual
Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Department and other employees
Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
Must have excellent phone, written and verbal skills with an attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
