You’ll work alongside the marketing team, helping to bring campaigns, brand stories, and company initiatives to life through thoughtful design and compelling visuals.
What You'll Work On:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design visual content for campaigns, presentations, digital assets, sales materials, emails, and social media
- Capture and edit photography and short‑form video at company events, job sites, and team activities
- Help create social media content that highlights our people, culture, impact, and projects
- Support marketing events, trade shows, and brand initiatives
- Contribute ideas and assist with projects related to SEO, PR, internal communications, and brand development
- Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field
- A creative eye for design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools
- Interest or experience in photography or video production (a strong plus)
- Interest in social media content creation and emerging creative trends
- Ability to collaborate with a team while bringing creative ideas to the table
- Hands‑on experience supporting real marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Portfolio‑worthy design, content, and creative work
- Exposure to brand strategy, campaign development, and marketing operations
- Mentorship from experienced marketing and business leaders across the company

- Location: Knoxville, TN
- Schedule: Summer internship (8–10 weeks)
