Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Installation Field Supervisor / Service Coordinator to oversee our installation teams and manage service coordination. This dual-role position ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish, delivering exceptional results for our clients while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily operations of field installation crews
- Coordinate schedules, resources, and materials to ensure on-time installations
- Act as a liaison between sales/design, production, and installation teams
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with plans
- Troubleshoot installation or service issues and provide effective solutions
- Manage service appointments and follow-up work, ensuring client satisfaction
- Train and mentor new installers and service technicians
- Maintain accurate documentation for work orders, service calls, and job notes
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in installation, a plus for previous experience as a supervisor, service coordination, or related field (closet/storage installation, cabinetry, carpentry, or construction preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret design plans, blueprints, or CAD drawings
- Hands-on technical knowledge and ability to assist with installations when needed
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable with technology (scheduling software, mobile apps, CRM, etc.)
