If that sounds like you, and your qualifications are a good match, we look forward to hearing from you!SUMMARYThe Document Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mail and document processing operations to ensure timely, accurate, and secure handling of inbound and outbound correspondence. This role supports organizational efficiency by maintaining established mailroom protocols, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with processing standards.Key Responsibilities:Open, date-stamp, and process all incoming mail within 24-48 hours of receipt.Log, scan, and route inbound correspondence to the appropriate person, team, or mail software system per established protocols.Manage daily outbound mail, ensuring accurate addressing, documentation, and timely dispatch.Support bulk and backlog mail campaigns, coordinating schedules and maintaining quality standards.Process returned mail promptly and update mailing lists to remove “Return to Sender” addresses, or as requested.Maintain an organized, secure, and well-stocked mailroom in compliance with confidentiality standards.Track mail volume and turnaround metrics to support reporting and workload prioritization.Identify and communicate opportunities to operational leaders to reduce wasteful outbound spending and improve mail-related efficiencies.Oversee the proper handling, storage, and organization of physical documents and files, ensuring secure disposal/shredding of confidential materials in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Performs other duties as required/assigned.
