Sales Specialist
Hybrid Remote/In Office

• 40 hours per week

• Tuesday-Saturday

• Must have availability on Saturdays

• $18-$19 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team. Your ability to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored rental solutions will be crucial to your success in this role. ** Responsibilities:**

• Sales and Client Interaction (Phone Primarily): *

• Sales calls & client invoicing is the bulk of this role
• Provide timely and professional phone support to clients seeking quotes or information about their orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their event requirements and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with client prospecting, contacting, and nurturing client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings and product presentations.
• Collaborate on proposals and quotes to meet client needs.

• Backend Office Mastery*

• Learn and utilize the backend systems of Event Office, HighLevel, and invoicing and CRM software.
• You will be trained to edit bookings, track inventory, and update client databases, ensuring seamless documentation and intel for scheduled jobs

• Product Knowledge:*

• Stay up-to-date with our rental inventory and service offerings.
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Recommend suitable rental solutions based on the client's event needs.

**Qualifications:**

• Experience in sales/retail - preferably in the event, hospitality, or rental industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Proficiency using Invoicing and CRM software and Microsoft/Google Office Suites.

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for office hours.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
