Job Overview:
We seek a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Employee to join our team at one of the facilities we service in Suwanee, Georgia. This position requires someone who takes pride in their work, has attention to detail, and can maintain a clean and professional environment.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 5:30 AM – 8:30 AM (3 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain restrooms by replenishing supplies, cleaning fixtures, and ensuring a sanitary environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Clean and maintain breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Follow safety guidelines and company cleaning standards.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least Experience working in Janitorial services is required.
- References: Verifiable professional references from previous employers.
- Training: Willing to complete up to two weeks of training with our team to ensure understanding of the facility’s cleaning scope.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality service.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Location Requirement: Must live in Suwanee, GA, or within a 25-minute commutable distance.
