Respected non-profit healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Clinician Recruiter to join their team. As a key Liaison to the clinical leadership team, your role is instrumental: from identifying and attracting candidates to extending offers, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ultimately ensuring successful hires.
This role provides the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule: 3 days/week on site in Novato.
The Clinician Recruiter will…
- Partner directly with Clinical Leadership to attract and hire - implement a comprehensive physician recruitment program
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers; deliver best in class applicant experience
- Screen and assess candidates' suitability; coordinate interviews, site visits, and follow-up meetings
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
- Identify hiring incentives and other incentive program opportunities
- Develop job descriptions; create effective, compelling job postings
The Clinician Recruiter has…
- 3 years’ experience high-volume sourcing/recruiting for healthcare providers – Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Behavioral Health, Dentists
- Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, terminology and standards
- Experience recruiting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake; Applicant Tracking Systems proficient - iCIMS preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal HR laws and regulations; prior experience in an HR role is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Eligible for a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days per week onsite, with additional on-site work as needed.
Starting annual compensation range is $98 – $112k. Competitive benefits package offered.
