Job Description
Position Overview:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
