We at Perfect Staffing Solutions LLC are looking for a vivacious, energetic, and thorough custodian or janitor to maintain the grounds of a rest area and perform cleaning, maintenance, and security tasks.
As a janitor, you will be in charge of the building's general upkeep. You will be responsible for heavy cleaning tasks such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash. In this position, your attention to detail and pride in providing excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensures that cleaning tasks are completed promptly.
- Perform and record regular maintenance and inspection tasks.
- Perform challenging cleaning tasks and unique projects.
- Make alterations and small repairs.
- Cooperate with the other employees.
- Observe all safety and health laws.
- regularly removes recyclables and trash.
- Inform the supervisor right away of any situations that need maintenance attention or repair.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Skills
- Proven working experience as a janitor.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Requires ability to stand and to perform extensive walking.
- Requires ability to kneel, stoop, squat, bend, push, pull, reach, grasp, balance, climb, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds independently.
- Integrity and ability to work independently.
- Attention to Detail.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
