Registered Dental Hygienist

Perfect Smile Doc is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Florida clinical team.

We are looking for a hygienist who is committed to excellent patient care, education, prevention, and creating a comfortable dental experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene services within the scope permitted by Florida law
• Perform patient assessments and dental hygiene procedures
• Provide preventive oral-health education and home-care instructions
• Take and document appropriate patient information
• Obtain dental radiographs as permitted and required for patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow established infection-control and sterilization protocols
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
• Follow OSHA and workplace-safety requirements
• Collaborate with dentists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to provide coordinated patient care
• Perform other dental hygiene duties permitted by Florida law and consistent with the hygienist's training and credentials
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Current Florida Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification as required
• Strong clinical and patient-education skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and infection control
• Previous dental hygiene experience preferred; qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation: $40 - $50 per hour based on experience
