We are a rapidly growing retail and wholesale distributor of premium auto detailing and pressure washing supplies, and we are looking for a sharp, autonomous E-Commerce Operations & Marketing Manager to take the wheel of our daily online operations.
In this role, you won't just be tweaking a website or sitting behind a desk all day—you will be the heartbeat of our digital storefront, inventory ecosystem, and fulfillment pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Maintain, optimize, and update our Shopify storefront (product listings, pricing, landing pages, apps, and conversion rate optimization).
- Digital Marketing: Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns (email flows via Klaviyo, basic meta/social ads, and seasonal promotions) to drive traffic and customer retention.
- Fulfillment & Shipping: Manage daily pick, pack, and ship operations for both B2C and B2B orders, ensuring pristine packaging and lightning-fast transit times.
- Inventory Control & Purchasing: Keep a hawk-eye on inventory levels, generate sales velocity data, run restock forecasting, and place purchase orders with vendors so we never stock out during the busy season.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding order status, product technical questions, and shipping anomalies with stellar professionalism.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store (Klaviyo, shipping apps like ShipStation, and inventory management software experience is highly preferred).
- Niche Knowledge: A passion for or deep understanding of the auto detailing or pressure washing industries is a massive plus. You need to understand what our customers are buying.
- The "Get It Done" Mindset: This is a hybrid desk/warehouse role. You must be comfortable working on marketing analytics for one hour and packing heavy boxes of chemical gallons the next.
- Detail-Oriented: Missing a digit on a restock order or mislabeling a chemical can cost thousands. High attention to detail is non-negotiable.
- Self-Starter: We don't micromanage. You need to be someone who spots a problem (like an upcoming inventory shortfall) and fixes it before being asked.
Pay: $61,856.57 - $82,450.93 per year
