What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air?
Perfect is a residential service company specializing in Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for almost 40 years. We are looking to bring on a Call Center employee. At Perfect, we have one of the highest rated companies in the Treasure Vallley and we truly believe it's because of our employees. In this role you will be answering incoming calls from our customers, answering questions, scheduling appointments and sending appointment reminders. A PERFECT candidate will treat our customers how you would want your loved ones treated and if possible, put our technicians in the position to resolve any concerns in one service call. We fully train our employees, no prior knowledge of home services is necessary!
HOURS
Full time: Two shifts available: 1x Mon- Friday - 1x Sat-Tuesday (4x10)

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Word and Excel) with an ability to learn new computer system applications quickly and efficiently
- Call center experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
