Duties
- Engage with clients through active listening, motivational interviewing, and peer support techniques to foster trust and encourage recovery.

- Provide crisis intervention and crisis management during urgent situations, ensuring safety and stabilization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, document progress in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, and track client outcomes.
- Mentor clients by sharing personal experiences responsibly, offering encouragement, and modeling positive coping strategies.
- Support addiction counseling efforts by guiding clients through recovery resources and relapse prevention strategies.
- Educate clients about behavioral health topics, including mental health management, substance use reduction, and community resources.
