Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Casting & Machining Sales Specialist. Located in Appleton, WI, the individual will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships, understanding the requirements for casting and machining projects, and developing tailored solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, maintaining knowledge of industry trends, preparing sales presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Metal Casting, Forging and Die Casting processes
- Knowledge of Metallurgy and materials science
- Strong understanding of CNC Machining, cutting tooling and GD&T
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement and team collaboration
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to understand technical requirements and offer effective solutions
- Experience in sales or client-facing roles within the industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred
