Job Summary:

We are excited to welcome an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to our team! As a BT, you will facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. You will collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes. Your collaboration with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers will foster a culture of learning, while your creativity will help create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning

Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
