LEAD, OUTBOUND US WAREHOUSE

THE ROLE
The Specialist, Outbound US Warehouse is responsible for the end-to-end outbound execution of E-commerce, B2B (Wholesale), and Retail orders from Perfect Moment’s US distribution network. Working closely with Quiet Logistics, this role ensures that each channel is fulfilled with the speed, accuracy, and care expected of a luxury performance outerwear brand.
Operating within a fast-growing omnichannel environment, the role plays a critical part in balancing premium service standards, operational efficiency, and scalability across multiple outbound flows with distinct service-level, carrier, and compliance requirements.
The Specialist acts as the primary operational interface between Perfect Moment and its US 3PL and carrier partners, ensuring outbound execution supports trading performance, customer satisfaction, and brand integrity across the US market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Outbound Execution
· Manage daily outbound order processing for E-commerce, B2B, Retail channels, Marketing and Amazon orders using Cin7
· Ensure correct order prioritisation and release based on channel-specific SLAs
· Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch activities with Quiet Logistics
· Ensure outbound execution reflects luxury handling and presentation standards
E-commerce Fulfilment
· Oversee high-volume DTC order fulfilment, particularly during peak trading and promotional periods
· Ensure accurate parcel labelling, carrier selection, and service levels
· Monitor delivery performance and customer-facing SLAs
B2B & Retail Distribution
· Manage outbound shipments to wholesale partners and retail locations
· Ensure compliance with customer routing guides, carton labelling, ASN requirements, and delivery windows
· Coordinate palletized and freight shipments where required
· Manage other ad hoc shipments as required
Carrier & Delivery Management
· Work with US parcel and freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL)
· Monitor carrier performance, delivery lead times, and exception rates
· Escalate and resolve delivery delays, shortages, and claims
Performance, Reporting & Issue Resolution
· Track outbound KPIs across all channels (OTIF, accuracy, lead time)
· Investigate and resolve outbound exceptions and customer delivery issues
· Provide operational insights to support service improvement and cost optimization
Process & Systems
· Maintain high data accuracy within Cin7
· Support outbound process improvements as volumes scale
· Maintain SOPs for channel-specific outbound workflows
