Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications (NetSuite ERP/CRM)
About the Opportunity
A growing, infrastructure-focused organization is seeking a highly capable and hands-on Senior Manager of Enterprise Applications to take ownership of its NetSuite ERP/CRM platform. This is a highly visible, manager-level role ideal for someone who enjoys combining deep NetSuite expertise with cross-functional leadership, systems strategy, and hands-on execution.
Reporting into senior leadership, this individual will serve as the primary internal owner of NetSuite and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and external consulting/development partners. The role will play a critical part in scaling operations, optimizing workflows, improving reporting capabilities, and supporting future growth initiatives, including acquisitions and systems integrations.

What You’ll Do
Enterprise Applications Ownership & Strategy
- Serve as the primary internal owner and administrator of the NetSuite ERP/CRM environment
- Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the NetSuite platform
- Partner with leaders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Commercial/Sales, and other business units to identify system needs and improvement opportunities
- Ensure the platform remains scalable and adaptable to support rapid organizational growth and operational complexity
Systems Administration & Optimization
- Oversee NetSuite configuration, workflows, customizations, reporting, integrations, and user access management
- Continuously improve system performance, usability, automation, and data integrity
- Manage enhancement requests and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and operational needs
- Support and troubleshoot day-to-day system issues while serving as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert
Project Leadership & Implementation
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and coordinate execution with outsourced NetSuite consultants and development partners
- Lead ongoing system enhancements, integrations, workflow improvements, and reporting initiatives
- Support implementation and integration efforts related to acquisitions, new business units, or future system upgrades
- Drive accountability across projects by organizing meetings, tracking deliverables, and ensuring initiatives remain on schedule
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external NetSuite consulting/development partners
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system changes and enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align system functionality with evolving business objectives
Data, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Enhance reporting visibility and analytics capabilities within NetSuite
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency
- Support scalable data structures and reporting frameworks as the organization continues to grow
What Success Looks Like
Within 3–6 Months
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Gain a deep understanding of company operations, processes, and current NetSuite architecture
- Begin independently managing enhancement requests and external consulting relationships
- Establish yourself as the go-to internal resource for enterprise systems and NetSuite-related needs
Within 7–24 Months
- Fully own the NetSuite roadmap and enhancement process
- Improve system efficiency, reporting visibility, and cross-functional workflows
- Successfully support system scalability and integration efforts tied to company growth
- Become a strategic partner to leadership on operational, systems, and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in NetSuite administration, ERP systems management, or enterprise applications
- Strong hands-on knowledge of NetSuite ERP/CRM functionality, including configuration, workflows, reporting, and system enhancements
- Experience partnering with third-party consultants, developers, or managed service providers
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience in infrastructure, real estate, construction, data center, or other asset-intensive industries is a plus

Where and how much:

- Salary range is $125,000 - $200,000 annually
