What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Center Superintendent position at Perfect Landing?
We’re looking for an experienced all-trades Site Superintendent to lead complex construction projects in mission-critical and telecom environments. In this role, you’ll oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and above expectations.
What you’ll do:
🏗️ Lead daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors/vendors - The location of each project will vary, but each project is consecutive and lasts about 3 years - this role is not based in VA. Many of the projects are East Coast or the Midwest, some on the East Coast
🏗️ Manage project schedules, risks, and safety standards
🏗️ Develop and execute MOPs/SOPs for live critical systems
🏗️ Build strong client relationships and ensure quality delivery
What we’re looking for:
✔ 8–10 years in construction leadership with at least 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical environments
✔ Nice to have: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Trades School, or equivalent
✔ Proven ability to manage complex projects and solve problems on-site
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Compensation:
· Flexible base starting at $165k and going up to $200k plus, depending on experience, plus lucrative annual bonus
Salary : $165,000 - $200,000
