Perfect Holiday is a wholly owned subsidiary of Phonopia, LLC, an export/import company that partners with factories around the world specializing in Christmas products. We offer a broad assortment of items and styles related to Christmas, with something for everyone - useful and decorative. Our headquarters is located in Los Angeles, California. Selling to retailers and distributors across the United States and Asia through trade shows and an online store.
Candidates must be able to work independently or as part of a team, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. An individual must have excellent computer skills and attention to detail and accuracy, supporting a small office.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee, maintain, and expand the company's account on major marketplaces such as Amazon, Faire, Wayfair, Walmart, Etsy, etc
- Working with all aspects of selling online: new listing, updating, and maintaining product listings
- Manage, monitor, maintain, and optimize product listings: descriptions, rankings, videos, images, and customer reviews.
- Develop strategies to increase efficiency, increase sales, acquire customers more effectively, and decrease expenses.
- Day-to-day management of the listings of those accounts, as well as maintaining outstanding ratings and rankings.
- Print Labels, Assist warehouse tasks including packing, shipping, and organization
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 years of experience on marketplace (Amazon, Walmart, Shipping software)
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, multi-task, have a positive attitude, and be able to follow specific procedures and instructions
- Advanced knowledge of business tools, including Word, Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of independence, and with a job
