Production Supervisor

The Role

We are looking for people passionate about both success and the product to join our Fulfillment Team to process our top quality cannabis products. Fulfillment leads are important and should be taken with a great deal of responsibility. While being detail oriented, a team player, and good at communicating is the name of the game on the Fulfillment Team, multi-tasking is a necessary skill to have while in this position. A desire to analyze your own work under a microscope and make adjustments on the fly is a plus! This role requires consistent collaboration with our experienced Fulfillment and Sales teams to deliver best in class products.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in accomplishing daily goals by navigating the queue and assisting the team to stay productive

• Help motivate and guide the team to success

• All other responsibilities of the department team members as lead positions still work within the process on a daily basis

• Timely completion of work per schedule and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow

• Communicate with the supervisor and Logistics any errors or issues that need to be corrected/addressed

• Be collaborative and demonstrate ingenuity to streamline existing processes, improve existing processes, and create new processes

• Maintain a clean workspace at all times by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment to ensure sanitary practices

• Use PPE as required: gloves, scrubs

• Perform all other duties as necessary and any additional duties assigned by your supervisors/managers as needed

Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team

• Be a reliable team player

• Be a leader with a positive attitude day in and day out.

• Work effectively with minimal supervision

• Ability to be adaptable and work well under pressure

• Experience in an agricultural setting is a plus, but not required

• Marijuana product knowledge and passion is a plus, but not required

• Serve as role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies, and procedures

• Have strong service and quality focus. Address issues effectively when problems arise and take initiative to understand the root cause, then communicate / educate the team in a timely manner.

Additional Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply

• Must be able to work overtime as needed

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
