Our confidential client, a well-established and rapidly growing primary care practice in Katy, Texas, is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Family Practice Physician to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) physician committed to delivering high-quality, community-focused healthcare in a supportive and professionally rewarding environment.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to building long-term patient relationships, excels in outpatient primary care, and is confident practicing independently while working collaboratively with a strong clinical support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive preventive care, wellness exams, and routine screenings.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population.
- Order, analyze, and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical best practices.
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant documentation using eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- Foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive patient experience, serving a large Spanish-speaking community.
- Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure exceptional care delivery.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice.
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
- Active, unrestricted Texas Medical License.
- Active DEA Registration.
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of outpatient primary care experience.
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (eCW) or strong EMR adaptability.
