Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads effectively.
- Engage in cold and warm calling to nurture existing leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals and drive B2B sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology sales trends and industry developments.
- Utilize CRM to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Lead Perfection, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling and lead generation strategies.
