About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Client Sales Specialist who understands that sales is both a skill and a responsibility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client conversations, thrives in a goal-driven environment, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.
You’ll work with warm/cold leads, follow a proven sales process, and receive structured training and leadership support. Success in this role comes from consistency, strong follow-up, and the ability to confidently guide clients toward the right treatments.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales with prospective clients
- Follow up consistently via phone, text, email, and digital platforms
- Book and confirm aesthetic consultations
- Educate clients on services, packages, and pricing
- Meet or exceed consultation and booking goals
- Re-engage past leads and existing clients to drive retention
- Support scheduling and service-related client inquiries
- Maintain accurate notes and activity within CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of sales experience with measurable results
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Confidence speaking on the phone and building rapport quickly
- Strong follow-up habits and comfort handling objections
- Experience working toward goals, quotas, or KPIs
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Coachable mindset with a desire to continuously improve
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Schedule & Availability
- Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
- 3–4 extended weekdays (8:30 AM – ~7:30 PM as needed)
- Some Saturdays (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Flexibility is important based on client demand
Compensation & Growth
- Base pay: $22/hour
- Training period (first 90 days): $18/hour
- Commission: $25 per $150 consultation sold
- Commission and bonus eligibility from day one
- On-target earnings for consistent performers: $65,000–$70,000/year
