The Role: Make Our Inventory Shine

We are looking for a high-energy Detailer / Lot Porter to be the final line of defense in ensuring every vehicle on our lot in Manassas looks showroom-ready.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where your work is the first thing a customer sees. If you’re reliable, have a sharp eye for detail, and love being around cars, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- The Deep Clean: Perform full interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, shampooing, waxing, buffing, and window cleaning.
- Lot Management: Organize and stage inventory to ensure the Perfect Auto lot looks sharp and accessible.
- Inventory Prep: Inspect new arrivals, check fluid levels/tire pressure, and report any noticeable mechanical issues.
- Photoshoot Ready: Move vehicles to our photo bay and ensure they are spotless for our website listings.
- General Support: Assist the sales and service teams with local vehicle swaps, fueling, and keeping the shop area tidy.
What We’re Looking For
- A Valid Driver’s License: (Required) and a clean driving record. You’ll be moving cars daily!
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the crumbs in the seat cracks and the streaks on the windshield that others miss.
- Stamina: This is a physical job. You’ll be on your feet, moving in and out of vehicles, and working outdoors in various Northern Virginia weather conditions.
- Reliability: We move fast. We need someone who shows up on time and is ready to hustle.
- Experience: Previous detailing or car wash experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great attitude.
