Job Summary
Perfect 10.0 Physical Therapy is seeking an energetic, passionate, and dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy with a strong interest or background in working with gymnasts and performing athletes.

Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical conditions through detailed evaluations and develop personalized care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Administer therapeutic interventions such as physiotherapy, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to promote healing and mobility.
- Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions across care settings.
- Manage acute care, sport ortho pediatrics, and other specialized populations, applying appropriate treatment techniques.
- Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems and maintain detailed records of treatments provided.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and home care strategies to support recovery outside clinical settings.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal results.
- Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy, medical terminology, and relevant clinical practices.
Experience:
- Graduate a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Virginia State Licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association
- 2 Years of working with Gymnasts in a professional manner
- Dry Needling Certified, Cupping Certified
- Strong interest or experience in gymnastics, dance, or sports medicine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a collaborative environment
- Board certification in Sports (SCS) or Orthopedics (OCS) is a plus, but not required
- USAG Medical Membership and Safe Sport Certification
PERKS OF THIS POSITION:

- Population: Primarily gymnasts, dancers, and performing athletes
- Schedule: Flexible (part-time or full-time opportunities)
- Location: Mobile (Arlington, Burke and Gainesville Locations)
