As a Cosmetologist, you will provide exceptional beauty services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. You will utilize your skills in hair styling, nail care, and other beauty treatments while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail.

Duties

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments including hair styling, haircuts, natural pedicures/manicures, natural waxing, lash/brow tint and facials (optional).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Utilize spa software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and beauty treatments to provide informed suggestions to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere within the spa setting.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills to create an inviting experience for clients.
• Experience in nail care, hair styling and haircuts.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with spa services is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication skills to engage with clients and understand their preferences.
