Mental Heath Counselor/Psychotherapist

Minimum of 1 year Licensed, supervised counseling experience in a clinical setting. This position will start out part time with opportunity to go full time in the future if the candidate so chooses.

This is a Hybrid position working two evenings per week and Saturdays in office with the flexibility to choose your remote schedule. 20 clinical hours per week minimum.

30 Clinical Hours per week is considered Full Time.

Candidates will:

- Conduct therapy sessions with individuals and couples
- Assess patients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, MI, EMDR etc.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care when needed

-Participate in supervision
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field

Experience and Skills Needed:

-LCSW or LMSW with minimum of 1 year supervised clinical experience

-Phenomenal rapport building and client retention skills

-Compassion, Kindness, Clinical Knowledge are imperative

- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Knowledge of documentation requirements and regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. No hand holding, no meetings that should have been emails, just a professional and comfortable environment with colleagues that care about one another and the people we work with.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
