We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales and Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in creating beautiful landscapes that meet their needs while providing exceptional service. You will utilize your sales skills, landscape knowledge, and knowledge of CAD software to create visually appealing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and layouts for customer projects.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and design specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high end landscape sales
- Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp software is preffered but also open to those that hand sketch as well
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Ideal candidate has at least 4 years of landscape sales and design experience.
This position offers a base pay of $75,000.00-$85,000.00 plus commission

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and carry materials for extended periods. This position may also involve extended period of time sitting or standing. A strong work ethic, endurance, and attention to safety are essential.
