Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all work is performed to company standards with a focus on organic and sustainable practices.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials usage.
- Uphold safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, particularly organic and sustainable methods.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
