Data Engineering and Reporting Analyst

Day-to-Day Responsibilitie

• sAutomated Analytics Development: Expand the analytics portfolio by building new reporting solutions primarily in Python, increasingly leveraging generative AI and LLM-based tooling to accelerate development and surface insights
• .GraphQL Data Access: Query and transform data across multiple sources using GraphQL and SQL, building reliable data access layers that feed reporting and analytics products
• .Dashboard Creation: Develop dashboards and reporting products for senior leadership, contributing to ETL pipelines and broader data infrastructure initiatives
• .Gen AI Tooling & Workflows: Prototype and integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities (e.g., automated summarization, natural-language querying, and workflow augmentation) to enhance existing analytics tools
• .Code Maintenance: Maintain and update Python packages to keep reporting and analytics codebases robust, well-documented, and production-ready
• .Troubleshooting & Process Improvement: Resolve technical issues, drive process improvements, and support the ongoing evolution of the reporting infrastructure
• .Version Control: Use Git and GitHub to manage repositories, track changes, and support collaborative development
• .Ad Hoc Analyses: Conduct analyses to answer operational and strategic questions, partnering closely with colleagues across Human Capital

.Qualification

• sEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical, quantitative, or related field
• .Experience: 1–3 years working with
