About the Role
The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while serving as a key contributor to our firm's continued growth.
This position offers exposure to tax, accounting, advisory, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly organized, eager to learn, and motivated to grow beyond compliance work into a broader advisory role.
You will work directly with managers, partners, and business owners while gaining valuable experience across multiple industries and client engagements.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review individual, partnership, S corporation, and corporate tax returns
- Prepare financial statements and supporting workpapers
- Assist clients with accounting, financial reporting, and operational questions
- Participate in tax planning and advisory engagements
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with managers and partners on client projects and special engagements
- Assist in implementing technology solutions and process improvements
- Develop strong relationships with clients and become a trusted resource
- Stay current on tax laws, accounting standards, and emerging technologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-7 years of public accounting experience preferred
- Strong tax preparation and accounting skills
- Experience preparing financial statements and working with business clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with tax and accounting software platforms
- CPA license or CPA candidate preferred
- Desire to grow into leadership and advisory responsibilities
