Peregrine Team is hiring for an experienced Recruiter in Orange County, CA. This position is completely remote and offers very competitive compensation and full benefits.
$55,000-60,000- Base plus commission model ($$SIX FIGURES)- FULLY REMOTE!
Full-time, PTO, Holidays, Work-Perks, Paid phone allowance and internet allowance, Full benefits, 401K match and MORE
Job Duties:
- Experience with full cycle recruiting
- Understanding the organization's current and future needs.
- Working in a process-orientated environment, driven by historical and evolving data.
- Encouraged by individual and team targets
- Mining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Responsible for identifying qualified applicants for hard-to-fill, niche positions and presenting a diverse candidate slate to support business diversity and inclusion efforts with active and passive candidates.
- Eager to build a deeper understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles in the healthcare industry.
- Ability to maintain weekly/month metrics- including but not limited to: submittals, interviews, placements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, capable of offering solutions to various challenges that require a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation, and navigating effectively in a matrix environment.
- Must be detailed oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced environment.
