Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage process engineering teams supporting manufacturing operations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase yield and production efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing lines
- Partner with operations, quality, and product engineering teams to resolve production challenges
- Oversee root cause analysis and corrective action plans for manufacturing issues
- Support implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment
- Develop engineering standards and process documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing environments
- 5 years leading engineering or technical teams
- Experience with process optimization, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma
- Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving skills
