We are seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of assisted living professionals!
Schedule: Full Time -7:00am - 3:00pm - every other weekend required
Salary: $26.00 -$28.00 per hour – based on experience
Shift differential offered for night, evening and weekend shifts

- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
- Assist in monitoring medication programs
- Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents
- Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies
- Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly, required
