We are currently seeking a kind and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of Assisted Living professionals!
Schedule: Full Time - 7am-3pm, day shift with rotating weekends
Salary: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour - based on experience
Shift differential available for weekend shifts, evening and night shifts

- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
- Assist resident with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
- Assist in monitoring medication programs.
- Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
- Monitor and report any resident changes in condition
- Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with a current license in good standing, required.
- Minimum of one year of experience working as a nurse serving a senior population, required.
- Compassion for and desire to work with elderly, required.
