Activity Assistant (FT)

We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Activity Assistant

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour – based on experience

Activities Assistant Responsibilities include:

• Works with Director of Activities to deliver creative and exciting Resident activities meeting individual needs and interests within the community
• Under the direction of the Director of Activities, assist with orienting all residents to activity programs.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions. Must be a proven professional with compassion, integrity, and honesty.
• Has the ability to work under pressure, resolve conflict, prioritize tasks and follow through with creative ideas.
• Have a keen ability to foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles, helping others beyond the job responsibilities, and having a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors.
  
  
  

Activity Assistant Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years required experience in Senior Assisted Living
