Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience

Resident Care Director / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, manage, and develop schedules for the Resident Care Department while ensuring adequate staffing 24/7 in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards.

• Establish and maintain a medication management system that complies with all state, federal, and company laws, regulations, and guidelines. This includes maintaining accurate documentation, training resident medication assistants, and communicating with physicians, pharmacies, and responsible parties.

• Work collaboratively with all Peregrine team members, service providers, residents, and their families to ensure the highest quality of care and lifestyle. This includes coordinating and providing therapeutic interventions from move-in through discharge by developing individualized resident service plans and educating care staff on their implementation.

• Lead the Resident Care Department within budget and in accordance with PSL policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining adequate resident care supplies.

• Serve as the primary liaison for all aspects of resident care within the community as the Director of Resident Care.

Resident Care Director / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), as required by state regulations, preferred.

• Case management experience preferred.

• Experience and knowledge in all aspects of senior living, including assisted living, memory care, and enhanced assisted living, preferred.
