Key Responsibilities
- Production Leadership — Direct, coach, and support production team members to maintain high performance and accountability.
- Operational Planning — Organize daily schedules, assign tasks, and ensure resources are available to meet production targets.
- Quality Assurance — Enforce quality standards, conduct inspections, and resolve issues to maintain product consistency.
- Safety Compliance — Promote a safe work environment through training, audits, and adherence to OSHA and company policies.
- Process Improvement — Identify inefficiencies, implement corrective actions, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices is a plus.
