*Starting from $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually plus additional incentives*
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a performance bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees across multiple states and locations
- Ensure accurate calculations of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions and taxes.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Review payroll data for accuracy and completeness
- Manage payroll deductions, taxes, and garnishments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports
- Support audits and year-end payroll activities
- Maintain employee payroll records and confidentiality
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues
- Recommend improvements to payroll procedures and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 10 years of payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Experience with payroll systems such as UKG or Workday
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
