The Public Area Attendant maintains the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces within the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. This includes lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, fitness areas, and other guest-facing spaces.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize public restrooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other assigned areas.

Dust, polish, and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.

Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and maintain spotless glass and mirrors.

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.

Refill supplies such as restroom toiletries and paper products.

Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain excellent customer service.

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Follow hotel safety, security, and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications
