They align teams, funding, dependencies, schedules, risks, and decisions across data platforms, analytics, governance, software, and artificial intelligence initiatives where no single workstream can succeed alone.

Data Program Managers establish the operating rhythm, maintain an integrated view of scope and commitments, surface problems while options remain open, and give executives and delivery teams status they can trust. - A working foundation in program or project delivery across multiple teams, workstreams, or vendors.
- Experience managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive decisions.
- Technical fluency in data, analytics, software, cloud, or artificial intelligence sufficient to assess delivery assumptions and consequences.
- The ability to establish meaningful performance measures and connect project outputs to program benefits.
- Clear written and oral communication, disciplined documentation, and sound judgment in regulated or mission-critical environments.
