Summary
Join our team as a Warehouse Production Lead! As a Warehouse Production Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. Shift
- Usually works three to five days a week, with overtime as required based on production need
- 5:30pm - 6:00am Thursday, Friday, Saturday; and 11:30pm - 6:00am Wednesday

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily production or warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Monitor production schedules, workflows, and inventory levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance QA and USDA.
- Assist in the development of operational reports and performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
Minimum Education
- High School or equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one (1) employer within the past (1) year.
Experience Preferred
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role in a distribution/production/manufacturing environment preferred.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
When in a plant environment:
- Ability to tolerate exposure to wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
- Ability to stand for an extended period and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs by reaching, bending, and pushing boxes.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required.
- May work in an environment with varying temperatures between 25 degrees and 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- May handle product varying in temperatures between 25 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db.
- Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm.
