Summary
We are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Processor. This role processes all invoices that come in for payment: PO and non-PO related.
This position has a target wage of $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.
After an initial training period of 6 months or less, this position will transition to a piece rate position, and is paid $.530 per piece completed, with average earnings ranging from $23.85 - $26.51 per hour, guaranteed minimum wage laws apply.

This role is onsite at our Salisbury, MD Corporate Offices.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Process invoices at the company standard after a 6-month training period
- Process invoices below the company maximum allowable error rate after 6-month training period
Minimum Education and Experience Required
REQUIRED:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 years experience in administrative work:
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must be a team player and be able to work effectively with others
- Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Must have a good work ethic and be able to think logically and make sound business decisions
PREFERRED: Associates degree in accounting/computer sciences
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
