Role Description
We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing communications, handling inquiries, and coordinating service solutions. You will also provide administrative support to the sales team, assist in tracking orders, and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships. Your organizational and problem-solving skills will be crucial in delivering high-quality service and contributing to the success of our clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Service, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with attention to detail
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including task prioritization, organization, and proficiency in office software
- Basic understanding of Sales processes, with the ability to support the sales team as needed
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and independently when required
- Prior experience in furniture, interior design, or the office solutions industry is a plus
- Associates Degree or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are beneficial
