We're currently seeking a driven Leasing Manager to support leasing performance and marketing efforts at a student housing community in Greensboro, NC.
This role is ideal for a student housing leasing professional who thrives on lead generation, follow-up, and creating social media content that converts. You’ll help keep occupancy strong at a community that’s historically fully leased, while leading a small team and owning the day-to-day leasing and marketing execution during the busiest parts of the cycle.

Responsibilities
- Drive leasing performance through strong sales execution, lead management, and consistent follow-up
- Own onsite marketing efforts with a heavy focus on social media content creation and posting
- Support rent collection efforts and resident leasing communications as needed
- Lead and coach a small team of part-time community assistants to hit leasing goals
- Maintain organization and accountability across daily priorities, reporting, and deadlines
Qualifications
- 3 years of student housing leasing experience
- Proven ability to generate leads and execute a structured sales and follow-up process
- Hands-on experience creating social media content for leasing and marketing purposes
- Comfortable working occasional weekends during peak leasing season

- Total compensation range up to $55k , including base pay and leasing/renewal incentives (base up to $45k plus $50 per new lease and $60 per renewal)
