Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property
- Handle snow plowing and other weather-related tasks
- Respond to on-call duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with the property management team
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- HS Diploma or GED
- 6 months of experience in maintenance, construction, or landscaping
- Comfortable working in various conditions, including crawling under homes
