What You Will Do (Your Impact)

Your clinical skills will be focused across three core pillars:

• Patient Care: Initiate, monitor, and discontinue hemodialysis treatments; administer medications safely within your scope; perform access care; provide vital education to patients and families coping with chronic illness.
• Operations Excellence: Oversee, sanitize, and maintain specialized dialysis equipment; report technical or supply issues promptly to ensure seamless unit flow.
• Team Collaboration: Partner directly with the Unit Medical Director, physicians, and clinic coordinators; support unit scheduling and mentor incoming team members.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for a dedicated nurse who values continuous clinical growth. Our ideal baseline criteria include:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a health-related field is a plus!).
• Experience: Approximately one year of general nursing experience. (If you have prior ICU/CCU background or existing hemodialysis experience, that is a huge asset, but it is not strictly required).
• Licensure: A current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Illinois.
• Certifications: Current, valid CPR Healthcare Recognition from the American Heart Association.
• Logistics: A valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation for standard business travel/attendance. Basic computer literacy for modern charting systems.
