Duties
- Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and stock areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks including loading, unloading, packing, and labeling products
- Support retail store operations by replenishing stock on the sales floor and assisting customers with product knowledge
- Operate equipment safely following proper lifting practices while performing manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse team members and customers
- Knowledge of retail store product placement, merchandising, and customer service principles
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and pricing adjustments
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently
