We are a growing, team-oriented law firm seeking a Junior / Entry-Level Real Estate Attorney to join our practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney—or one early in their career—who is eager to learn, gain real responsibility, and build a long-term practice with strong mentorship support.
You will work closely with experienced attorneys who are genuinely committed to training, collaboration, and helping you succeed. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience while making a meaningful impact by guiding clients through important personal and business real estate decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents
- Communicate directly with clients, lenders, and other transaction parties
- Support and participate in negotiations with guidance from senior attorneys
- Represent clients before municipal boards (training provided)
- Conduct legal research and stay current on Massachusetts and Rhode Island real estate law
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a supportive team environment
- Handle administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts (Rhode Island license preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interest in real estate law (experience or relevant coursework is a plus)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Motivated, coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $65,000–$75,000
- 25% commission on net income from clients you originate
