Dental IT Field Service Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on Dental IT Field Service Technician to help install, upgrade, and support technology in dental offices. If you like working with computers and tools, enjoy being in the field instead of stuck behind a desk, and don’t mind getting a little dusty, this could be a great fit.

This role involves daily travel to customer sites across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana, working in active dental offices as well as construction and remodel spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Installing and replacing computers, monitors, TVs, and other office tech
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Installing and supporting dental X-ray equipment and imaging software
• Setting up networking gear (switches, routers, access points, etc.)
• Running, terminating, and testing audio, video, and data cabling
• Installing audio/video equipment, phones, and door access systems
• Using power tools and hand tools safely and correctly
• Working on ladders and in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces when needed
• Traveling to customer sites and representing the company professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with IT, low-voltage, field service, or technical installations
• Comfortable working with computers, telephones (VOIP and Analog), and basic networking
• Not afraid of physical work or getting into tight spaces
• Comfortable using power tools and climbing ladders
• Able to work independently and problem-solve in the field
• Willing and able to travel daily throughout WI, IL, and IN
• Good communication skills and a solid work ethic
